This historic home has been recently remodeled into a luxurious destination retreat for those wanting a romantic get-away or a special place to stay while exploring the capitol of the Cherokee Nation: Tahlequah, OK. Originally given by Chief John Ross to one of his children, this property was in the Ross family for over 175 years until 2010. In the yard is a round brick smoke house that was transformed into a dwelling and painted by Leo Hamblet in his collection of unusual Oklahoma houses.
